We use relaxation techniques, breath work, creative mindfulness to support nervous system regulation. If you struggle with worry, stress, overwhelm, sadness or anger you may benefit from this. Please book this session only after you booked a discovery initial session. This session includes also guided breath work and creative visualization. Follow-ups are recommended depending on your wellness goals. Generally sessions can be rescheduled twice or once a week.
The NeuroFlow and Lymphatic Glow is for you if you want to become younger, support natural detox and balance your nervous system and immune system! Fee - $ 280 CAD/month plus acces to weekly lives and recordings with practices and Q&As. Refunds are available (minus CAD $50 administrative fee) until three weeks prior the event start date. No refunds are available less than three weeks prior to the start date.
